Came to get some ice cream at 2 in the afternoon and I checked the times before we came website said they were open but got there and it wasnt .

Very nice, clean ice cream store. They have a large selection of Dip n Dots which the kids love. Large area inside to enjoy the ice cream as well as as seating on the front sidewalk. Come get some dessert after your dinner!

Absolutley done with this place!! I checked their hours before taking my children to get ice cream. We parked at the green way and walked all the way up and they were not open. This is not the first or even the second but THE THIRD time that I have come here during the hours they claimed to be open and they were not. My children were so disapointed that we walked all that way just for them to be closed again. I refuse to give this place my business after this.

Best ice cream in luray!

It doesn't get better than hand dipped Hershey's ice cream. They also had a few local flavors. The staff was very friendly!

This place has more chocolate/peanut butter-focused ice creams in one shop than I’ve ever seen. Legit for those of us with a serious sweet tooth.

06/17/17Incredibly disappointed. I have heard great reviews about the homemade waffle cones, but unfortunately, they tasted similar to a McDonald's drive thru cone. The man who served me seemed disinterested in my business, but the rest of the staff was very welcoming. Oh well.- Gregory

Good ice cream

Serves Hershey's ice cream. Good quality creamy ice cream.

It's pretty chill, no pun intended. Hershey's ice cream and a nice beach scene make for a nice place to sit. We left the caverns and found it on Google maps. It was so on point, we decided to sit and marinate while we scarfed our reasonably priced over cream cones. They have dipping dots too, but that's not my flavor. Overall, I say stop here after your trip to the caverns.

Fantastic ice cream place in cute, little town. Employee was super kind, patient, and helpful. Also, the space is exceptionally clean which is very appreciated. If you're looking for an ice cream place in town, come here.

My wife, newborn son, and I strolled over this evening just a few minutes before close and were delighted to see that Stephan's was still serving ice cream. My wife and I ordered sundaes that both turned out to be delicious. We also enjoyed several minutes chatting with both the two young ladies running orders and the gentleman who appeared to be the manager or owner. We could not have asked for friendlier, more polite, or more enthusiastic service. We encourage anyone that finds themselves in downtown Luray to stop in and have themselves a wonderful small town Americana experience.

The ice cream I just purchased was scraped from the bottom of the container and tasted awful. When I let the girl know that served me, she was very put out and rude. I guess keeping customers is not important, you think it would be though, especially during these times.

Fantastic ice cream! Very generous portions and really nice prices. It has a cool little beach too. The 2 scoop cone is massive! The picture doesn't do it justice.
